eg:my name is aslam ,iam a teacher from maamendhoo school. ihave done olympic solidarity corse ,bwf level and i am a shuttle time tutor BWF.
today our  target is  basic grip
ask them to do  worm up activity related . like baloon tap activity

D  DEMONSTRATION :WEHAVE TO SHOW THE DEMONSTRATION ABOUT THE ACTIVITY WE PLANE .

eg: show how to do the activity, demo should be in 3 different angle and it should be in front of  all the student.

E  EXPLANATION :  WHAT IS THE BENEFIT OF THE  ACTIVITY , WITHOUT RACKET, WITH RACKET  AND KEY POINTS FOR THE MUSCLES AND PHYSICAL COMPORTMENT RELATED TO THE BADMINTON. WHAT IT HELPS IN BADMINTON.

A  ACTIVITY:  ACTIVITY  MUST BE FORM IN  3 MAIN WAY.  THAT IS   ISOLATED , RELATED AND COMPLEX. AFTER    FINISH ALLA ACTIVITY,  COOL DOWN SHOULD BE THERE.

S  SUMMERY : AT THE END OF THE SESSION TEACHER WILL ASK THE STUDENT ABOUT THE SESSION LIKE, HOW IS  THE SESSION, HOW YOU FEEL , FROM THE SESSION, AT THE END OF THE SESSION TALK SOME PERSONAL  MATTER, WHO DID WELL, ENCOURAGE THOSE WHO DID WELL. THEN COOL DOW
